PERMANENT COLLECTION
The Museum's permanent collection of fine and decorative arts is housed on the first floor. It includes Monterey furniture and many examples of California tile and pottery.

PAST EXHIBITS

Come explore some of our past exhibits - ranging from Arts and Crafts Furniture to Surfboards.

Recent historical and decorative arts exhibits include: "California Art Quilts, Recent Work by California Members of Studio Art Quilt Associates - California Spanish Revival", "Aloha Spirit - Hawaii's Influence on the California Lifestyle", Groves of Gold: California Fruit Box Labels and Everyday Life in California: Regional Watercolors 1930-1960.

Exhibitions are presented in the Museum's first and second floor galleries, which are meticulously redecorated for each show to create a unique setting for these unusual themes.
